Getting started
Choose the calculator you need from the app’s main screen. Enter values in degrees and knots, then review the result before using it in your planning.
Wind correction
Enter true course, wind-from direction, wind speed, and true airspeed. The result provides WCA, heading, groundspeed, and wind components.
Holding prediction
Enter the inbound track in magnetic degrees and the wind in true degrees. Select a turn direction and inbound time to receive pilot-facing inbound and outbound guidance.
Saved calculations
Save a completed WCA or holding result on the device. Tap an entry in Saved to reopen it, or use the swipe actions to duplicate or delete it.
Calculation methods
High precision is the default holding method. It models the full racetrack, including turns. The 3× approximation remains available as a conventional reference.
